Guiding Practice — Touching the Flame
Sit in stillness. Place your hand upon your heart. Imagine a golden flame glowing there. With each inhale, see it brighten. With each exhale, allow it to expand beyond your body. Whisper to yourself: “This flame is eternal. It is me.” Rest here for a few breaths, feeling its warmth.
